Dartmoor Barn Conversion - Rental

Rental starts from £275 with the maximum being up to £1570 this is determined by the length of your stay and how many people will be resident during the dates you provide. In addition the rental will also be determined by the season in which you book the holiday cottage.
The high season is between June and September, the low season is between September and May.
Deposits are set at 35% of the rental and a security fee of £250 is needed in the event of lost keys, damage to any part of the property. This fee is refundable at the end of the rental period on the basis there has been no damage or breakages.

Any cancelled bookings within 2 weeks of the start date will have no refund of the deposit already paid.

All linen and extra bedding is provided and there is additional linen available on request, cleaning services operate once a week and pool maintenance is carried out twice a week.

We do not accept responsibility for loss of belongings and possessions which you bring to the cottage.

The rental contract ensures health and saftey around the pool area especially, we will not be responsible for personal injury as will be stated in the contract in and around the cottage. In any emergency the relevant numbers will are provided for your convenience.

You are also responsible for your own travel arrangements, the nearest airport is Exeter which serves the mainland and a couple of European destinations, Taxi services are regular around Exeter or you could hire a car from www.carrentals.co.uk if you dont have one of your own.
